Lau Botanicals does not offer refunds on any product, unless it arrives damaged or broken. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will happily offer a replacement or store credit in certain circumstances.

We understand that all products do not work for everyone and will be happy to work with you on finding the best solution. 

Please contact hillarynavarrette@laubotaincals.com with any concerns about your purchase within 10 days. Include order number, name,  and product concerns.

damaged item 

If you receive damaged items, please contact us immediately at hillarynavarrette@laubotaincals.com. Include order number, name, and photos of damages. 

We can offer store credit or will send a replacement at no additional charge provided the issue is reported to hillarynavarrette@laubotaincals.com within 48 hours. 

If you choose to have your item replaced, we may ask you to return the broken item to us. We will gladly pay for the return shipment charge.

missing item 

If you receive a shipment confirmation email but do not receive your order, please contact us immediately at hillarynavarrette@laubotaincals.com . Include order number, name, and shipment confirmation email.
